Susan Guest can select, price, and deliver most furnishings and designs that you will need to remodel or for new construction. By working with your architect and a team of quality sub-contractors for cabinetry, light construction, window treatments, upholstery, and much more, Susan can help de-stress your life. This frees your time to live your life, make a difference, and have some fun along the way.
COMMERCIAL PROJECTS: Guest Interiors offers commercial services for small to medium projects; and collaboration with other designers for larger projects. Past commercial designs include restaurants, coffee shops, retail clothing stores, board rooms, law offices, laboratories, churches, dental and medical clinics, manufacturing offices and furniture showrooms.
PHASE PLANS: Are you on a budget, but want quality design and furnishings that will make you smile for years? Guest Interiors offers a phase plan where all of the project is planned at one time and broken into phases. This plan enables you to make sane decisions, spend your money wisely, and gives you a good basis for furnishings that you will value a lifetime.
ACCESSORIES: Quality accessories serve as timeless fine jewelry to your home or office. They can update your look, express your personality, and add sparkle and finish to your existing furnishings. Lighting, oil paintings, pictures, mirrors, and many other accessories are available through Guest Interiors.
FURNITURE: Guest Interiors represents many quality lines of furniture-both upholstery and case goods. Skilled upholsterers are available to reupholster your existing furniture or build new pieces to your specifications.
WINDOW TREATMENTS AND WALLPAPERS: We design innovative window and bed treatments and use the most qualified drapery workrooms and installers to suit your needs. Susan has an extensive library of fine fabric and wallpapers, and also has access to many showrooms open to the design trade only.
After graduating magna cum laude from University of Mississippi in 1984, Susan's continued commitment to excellence is reflected in her involvement in ASID (American Society of Interiors Designers), NCIDQ certification, and receiving a residential design specialty award from the Carolinas chapter of ASID. Susan is proud to have her work featured in "Spectacular Homes of the Carolinas" and is featured monthly with an article in "Sophie Magazine".
