Services Offered

1. Develop budgets on all interior finishes, furnishings and trades.
2. Computer drawings of construction and demolition plans, new partition plans, reflected ceiling plans, lighting plans, and interior details including all cabinet millwork as required.
3. Assist in material, finish, fabrics, and furnishings including detached lighting, accessories, overhead lighting, ceiling fans, appliances, plumbing fixtures and hardware.
4. Coordinate choices of manufacturers, upholsterers, custom furniture fabricators, refinishing companies, window treatment fabricators and installers and other design-related trades and services.
5. Review and coordinate furniture layouts with lighting and electrical plans.
6. Coordinate fine art and decorative accessories.
7. Coordinate interior plant selections and placement.
