Participate in the exciting HBA of Winston-Salem and ASID Carolinas Showhouse
WHO?
The Carolinas Chapter has teamed up with the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem for a designer showhouse.
This house is the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem's (HBAWS) house for the local Parade of Homes. It will receive the most traffic during the parade, with an average of 700-1,000 people each day the house is open.
The house will be free and open to the public during the parade.
WHAT?
Each designer will take a room/space. The options are:
- Family
- Living/Dining
- Casual Dining/Kitchen
- Bedroom 2/Study/Bath
- Master Suite
- Porch/Patio
- Bedroom 3
- Bonus Room
There will not be a construction aspect to this project, the builder has an on staff designer who will select the finishes, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures of the house.
It will be up to the designers to furnish their space, however we hope to team up with local industry partners who can help.
Designers will be responsible for installation and breakdown of their space.
WHERE?
The home will be located in the Village at Brookberry in the Ardmore Neighborhood of Winston Salem.
WHEN?
PREVIEW PARTY:
Thursday, October 15th or Friday, October 16th (Date TBD)
There will be music, food, giveaways and more! We will be selling tickets once the date has been finalized.
DATES SHOWHOUSE WILL BE OPEN:
- Saturday, October 17 - Sunday, October 18
- Saturday, October 24 - Sunday, October 25
